IT Support Specialist

Overview

• Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Diagnosing hardware and software problems of the users – sach as McLeod or DP etc.
• Technical Support: Offering technical assistance to users in person, addressing issues like system errors, tools issues, and network connectivity problems.
• System Setup and Configuration: Installing, configuring operating systems, software, and hardware devices for users.
• Network Administration: Managing and troubleshooting network issues and raising tickets with ISP and checking local LAN and also switches, and wifi devices.
• Software Installation and Updates: Installing and updating OS and software applications monthly basis.
• User Account Management: Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and permissions, including managing access to resources.
• Security Maintenance: Enabling the VPN and checking and updating the security patches for the server and Firewalls
• Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitoring system performance of computers and network devices.
• Asset Management: Managing IT inventory, including hardware and software, ensuring assets details are properly recorded.

Number of working days: 6 days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

• Night shift
• US shift

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
