About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain systems, laptops, and desktops.
3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory).
5. Ensure system security, backups, and antivirus updates.
6. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
7. Maintain documentation of IT assets and issue logs.
