IT Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainer to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, technical support, and training development.

Duties

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various IT systems and software applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track training progress
• Create engaging training materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Linux, HTML, and other IT systems
• Experience in technical support or IT-related roles
• Familiarity with Help Desk operations
• Knowledge of training development methodologies
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
