About the Job

We are hiring IT QA Specialists for an exciting opportunity in Goa. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about technology and quality assurance. Full training and support will be provided.

Who Can Apply

• Any graduate degree except B.Tech Mechanical
• Freshers eager to learn and grow in IT Quality Assurance
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in IT support/service desk roles
• Immediate joiners preferred (0-30 days notice)

• IT support and service desk management
• User management (accounts, passwords)
• Office 365 support
• Data backup and restoration
• Desktop and server management
• Compliance and audit support
• Documentation and troubleshooting with vendors

Prior experience in IT support or system administration is a plus but not mandatory.
