IVR Test Engineer

Greetings from Warrior Tech Solutions. We are hiring for the following position:

Role: Test Engineer

Location: Onsite (PAN India)

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Notice: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for creating test plans

· Responsible for testing Genesys configurations, Virtual agent flows, routing, reporting etc., and analyze results

· Responsible for creating logs to document testing phases & defects and feedback to project stakeholders

Experience & Skill Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in Contact Center testing

· Experience in Genesys Cloud contact center is preferred

· Experience in manual and automation testing

· Experience in creating and executing test plans as per business requirements

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
