Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with expertise in Camunda or RHPAM (Red Hat Process Automation Manager) workflow engines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, microservices architecture, and Spring Boot, with strong capabilities in workflow automation and business process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Design and implement workflow solutions using Camunda or RHPAM, aligning with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and frontend developers to define, design, and roll out new features.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in application functionality and performance.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Practical hands-on experience with Camunda or RHPAM workflow engine.
• Solid understanding of BPMN, DMN, and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
