Position: Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Java/Kotlin-based microservices powering our core product.
• Collaborate with the cloud infrastructure team to deploy services in Kubernetes on AWS.
• Maintain and improve code quality, availability, and service reliability through testing, monitoring, and metrics.
• Work extensively with REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Own the lifecycle of your services — from development to deployment and operations.
• Enhance internal tooling, engineering standards, and delivery processes for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Candidate must have payment gateway domain experience,

Requirements:

• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala, etc.).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, especially with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Strong unit testing and software quality mindset.
• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn, innovate, and adapt to new technologies.
