Overview

Position: Backend / Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience :- 6+ ys

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend service development and enhancements with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including Java/Spring, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Participate in team-based development from understanding business challenges to proposing and implementing effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with appropriate logging and observability practices.
• Take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of team practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape architectural decisions and development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer.
• Proficient in Java/Spring and Node.js/JavaScript technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and core computer science concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable participating in team-level decisions, balancing technical needs with customer and business priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹330,516.59 - ₹1,616,540.24 per year
