Java Developer - Lead

Work in an agile environment to design and implement new features based on business requirementsProvide overall direction,guidance and definition of the technical architecture to the development teamManage the scalability and technical infrastructure roadmap and deliver on the sameResponsible for the overall quality of deliverables across all parameters including functionality, performance, security, and usabilityProvide oversight and general best practice tools and techniques to other developersEffectively communicate with team members as well as product managementStrong trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsExpert knowledge of Java and J2EE programming languageExpert knowledge of design patterns, EJB, ECLIPSELINK JPA, ICEFACESExpert knowledge of RESTful web services in Java (e.g., JAX-RS, Spring MVC Rest)Good experience in SQLKnowledge in building enterprise class web applicationsExcellent understanding of developer life cycle and enterprise developer tools.Strong debugging and problem solving skillsDeep experience in AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM))
4-10 years of experience.Good to Have Knowledge of:Cloud, Cloud platforms & Cloud Technology, DockerIndustry experience on transport/Logistics
