Your Team Responsibilities

• Develop New Offerings under the S&C On-demand API Suite of applications.
• Design and develop scalable solution incorporting GenAI as and when applicable.
• Engage with Product, TPM & SRE for the daily functioning of the applications.
• Actively develop new modules and functionalies for the projects in alignment with the team lead.
• Actively participate in code reviews and finds ways to improve the performance of the applicaitons.
• Develop Integration, Acceptance, Unit tests and maintain the code quality as per MSCI standards.
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ESG API applications product life cycle and support it.
• Actively develop new modules and functionalies for the projects in alignment with the team lead.
• Actively participate in code reviews and finds ways to improve the performance of the applicaitons.
• Fix the vulnerabilities and keep the applications free from securities and vulnerablities.
• Develop Unit tests and maintain the code quality as per MSCI standards.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience That Will Help You Excel

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with 5–10 years of experience in Java and/or Python programming, with a strong foundation in both Relational and NoSQL databases.

Key Qualifications

• Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and improve productivity
• Hands-on experience in processing large volumes of data efficiently
• Expertise in low-latency programming, with a focus on performance optimization
• Strong understanding and practical experience with multithreading in Java or Python
• Solid experience working with cloud platforms, specifically Azure or GCP
• Ability to contribute to the DevOps lifecycle, including productionizing solutions and managing deployments
