About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Backend Developer to join our team working in the IoT domain. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot), SQL databases, and AWS services. As a technical leader, you’ll guide the backend development team, implement DevOps best practices, and optimize cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java (Spring Boot).
• Microservices & APIs: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases for high performance and efficiency.
• Cloud Services: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring optimal infrastructure and cost-efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor the backend development team, enforce best practices, and promote a collaborative environment.
• DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• Java (Spring Boot) – Strong expertise in building and deploying scalable applications.
• Microservices Architecture – Experience in developing distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
• SQL Databases – Proficient in designing and optimizing SQL databases.
• AWS Services – Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure management.
• DevOps Practices – Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the IoT domain.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
