As a Senior Developer Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and platforms within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. Your expertise in streaming data, Kafka migration, and GCP services will contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills working within a team.
• Agile Software Development - Participate in, and support, Agile software development methodology, be accountable for the development and delivery of assigned stories.
• Strong implementation experience and knowledge of Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
• Provide functional and technical configuration knowledge of the Oracle UIM solution.
• Distributed source control.
• CI/CD dev-ops pipelines.
• Strong unit testing capabilities.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle process.
• Write efficient, maintainable code, and unit test coverage.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, product owners, stakeholders and other business functions.
  
  

Technology Skills

• Strong implementation experience and knowledge of Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
• Provide functional and technical configuration knowledge of the Oracle UIM solution.
• UIM (cartridge development, Installation).
• SFWS (Service Fulfillment Web Service) , Custom web services, UIM APIs.
• UIM PSR model & be able to model logical as well as physical inventory in UIM cartridge.
• Able to develop rule sets, extension points, etc. in the cartridge.
• UIM Inventory Managers such as Service Manager, CO Manager, Search Criteria Manager.
• Knowledge in Oracle Communications RSDOD/SNO solution.
• Hands-on experience in integrating UIM with any order management system.
• Stipulate the best solution architecture with minimal modification to UIM out - of - the - box – functionality.
• The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE.
• The candidate should have hands-on knowledge/strong understanding of Oracle WebLogic 11g and above.
• The candidate should have hands-on knowledge/strong understanding of Oracle Database.
• The candidate should have hands on knowledge in version control systems like Git.
• The candidate should be well versed with CI/CD pipeline.
• The candidate should have updated/created SDS, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram and Entity Relationship diagram.
• The candidate should be well accustomed with Agile methodology and have experience with direct client interaction and client demos.
• The candidate should be aware of code quality scan tools like SonarLint or SonarQube or any best practices which are followed to maintain code quality.
• The candidate should have good hands-on experience developing Java Web services (SOAP and REST), XML, XSD, WSDL and JSON.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Good to have knowledge with messaging systems like JMS and Kafka
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in UIM, with a focus on Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and microservices.
