Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires 4-6 years of experience in software development, strong leadership capabilities for team handling, and a solid understanding of building scalable and robust applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in product-based companies and be proficient in modern development practices using microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Cloud Integration: Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services to improve scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
• Team Handling: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, ensuring the team meets deadlines, and fostering a collaborative development environment.
• Microservices Architecture: Build and optimize microservices, ensuring they are highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable to meet business requirements.
• Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through regular code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain clean, maintainable, and efficient codebases.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
• Team Handling: Proven experience leading and managing teams, driving development, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Java and experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
• In-depth experience in developing Microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and other AWS services.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
