Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in JasperReports to develop and maintain data-driven reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend Java development skills and the ability to design, integrate, and deploy custom reports across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Create custom reports using JasperReports, Jaspersoft Studio, or iReport Designer.
• Integrate JasperReports into Java applications and manage report generation logic.
• Optimize SQL queries and database access for efficient reporting.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting features.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Perform unit and integration testing of reporting features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Java 3+ preferred).
• Solid experience with JasperReports and report development tools (e.g., Jaspersoft Studio).
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Understanding of dynamic/parameterized reports, sub-reports, and data sources.
• Good grasp of RESTful APIs and backend service development.
