Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Java Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The candidate will be responsible for backend development using Java technologies, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy Java-based applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to team planning and delivery goals.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Proficiency in RESTful web services and APIs.
• Good knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React is a plus.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
