Job Description: Java Developer (3+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with a strong foundation in backend development to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenging enterprise-grade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular/React is a plus.
