Experience(6+ Yrs)
- Able to independently or lead a small team to complete demand analysis, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance, and related document writing according to development specifications and processes.
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of core functions.
- Training and improving the overall skills level of the team.
- Solve difficult problems encountered in production, locate and solve system performance problems.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, computer or related major, more than 7 years of Java EE development experience.
- Solid JAVA foundation, strong OOP, OOD development ideas, familiar with various design patterns. Strong coding skills, business design experience, able to solve more complex technical problems.
- Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, myBatis, etc.
- Familiar with MySQL, database design and optimization capabilities, familiar with Redis cache technology, familiar with message middleware, Elastic Search.
- Familiar with distributed development, familiar with the application scenarios of distributed components.
- Have certain concurrent processing experience, familiar with performance optimization.
- Have strong learning ability, communication ability, teamwork ability, and independent problem-solving ability, with high sense of responsibility, and can withstand greater work pressure. Can guide junior engineers and specialists to complete simple business development work.
Coding Mandatory for all the positions including leadership.
