Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and development standards.
• Define software architecture and design scalable, maintainable systems.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Experience : 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including team leadership.

Expertise In

• Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate
• Database technologies : MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Software design principles and architectural patterns
