Primary Responsibility:

To design, develop, and maintain both the frontend and backend of web applications. They work on the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces, business logic, and databases.

Accountabilities:

• Having minimum experience on leading Java Development projects.
• Strong coding skills in Java
• Strong experience on spring framework, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Hibernate and databases.
• Hands-on web technologies like XML, JSON, and RESTful API.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Design Patterns
• Strong knowledge of Data structures, Multi-threading and Algorithms
• Ability to code scalable, high-performing features, enhancements
• Contribution to open-source software and active participation in open-source software development and adoption preferred
• Good defect analysis, triaging and fixing skills.
• Knowledge of application servers like TOMCAT, JBOSS etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN, Git and Maven
• Ability to develop utilities, tools to fulfill day to day development team needs.
• Strong working knowledge of Server Operating Systems ( Linux/Unix and Windows), Networking concepts and Databases.
• Demonstrate the use of strong interpersonal and social skills in individual and group settings.
