Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to build and enhance modern web applications that support the launch of new products and the evolution of existing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle—from architecture and design to development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, onshore/offshore teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Create UML diagrams and architectural designs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure product quality, meet release deadlines, and adhere to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and share insights with the team.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentor team members, and promote a collaborative work culture.
• Manage changing priorities while delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web application development.
• Strong programming skills in Java 8, Spring MVC or Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular (2+), preferably Angular 8+.
• Exposure to Redux (practical experience preferred; theoretical knowledge acceptable with willingness to learn).
• Solid understanding of software architecture and best practices across the full SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Ability to design and deliver highly available, responsive, and scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
