About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Java + Golang Developer to join our dynamic development team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Java and Golang
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver robust solutions
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in Java and Golang backend development
• Solid understanding of OOP, concurrency, and design patterns
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Proficient in version control systems like Git
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience working in agile teams
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
