Java Software Developer Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered features to enhance workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Approach (if you tend to write code first and then consider AI tools, this role may not be suitable for you)
• 4+ years of experience in software development, particularly with production code for server-side web applications
• Proven experience in developing reliable B2B software applications
• Practical experience with cloud-native or serverless architectures, especially on AWS
• Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
