Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java/J2EE Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of core Java concepts, J2EE frameworks, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.
• Work with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or JSF.
• Proficiency in building RESTful web services and APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional but preferred).
• Experience with databases like MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
