You Are

We are seeking a skilled Java Technical Lead to join our team-Any UST Office

The Opportunity

Responsible for leading design, development, and implementation of scalable microservices architectures using Java technologies. Lead: 8–15 years, with at least 3 years in technical leadership

What Are We Looking For

• Lead design and development of Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Define technical standards and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices.
• Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Manage deployments using Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance and scalability. ,
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Java Expertise: Strong programming skills in Java (Java 8+), OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Spring Boot: Hands-on experience in building REST APIs and microservices.
• Microservices Architecture: Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices.
• Kafka: Knowledge of producer/consumer configuration and event-driven architecture.
• SQL: Proficiency in writing queries and understanding relational database concepts.
• Tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, JIRA.
• Cloud: GCP and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
