Technical Lead Industry Type: Software Product Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Experience and Qualifications
- 8 - 12 Years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
- Java Micro services: 3+ years Spring Boot
- Experience of RDBMS Databases, NoSQL databases
- Experience in Cloud Environment like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
- Experience of Container systems Like Kubernates, Docker.
- Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning sessions.
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices, unit testing subject area, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product/application
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi – task
- Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, test ability & reliability
- Education: Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for candidates who have worked at least 2 years in a tech start-up environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Zoho People) and advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in HR operations.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
