About the Role:

SpireHub Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Java Web Developer with a passion for clean, efficient, and scalable code. You will be a key contributor in the design and development of our distributed application systems, working on microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cross-functional platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of technical design, development, and documentation for multi-platform application systems.
• Develop robust backend components and features using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Create, test, and manage API integrations with external and internal systems.
• Work on UI uplift, app engine migration, and building scalable new platforms.
• Utilize MongoDB and relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server for database management.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle transaction management.
• Implement and maintain job schedulers like Spring Batch for scheduled API operations.
• Conduct unit testing (JUnit), integration testing, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, architects, and cross-functional developers.
• Contribute to an Agile workflow with Scrum ceremonies: planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Actively suggest and implement product enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and client-focused banking solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in working with REST APIs and inter-process communication.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong command over SQL, transaction management, and stored procedures.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and best practices in development and release management.
• Experience in Spring Batch or similar job schedulers.
• Prior involvement in UI uplift, application migration, and platform development projects.
• Solid knowledge of JUnit, integration tests, and performance analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum process.
