The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications using best practices.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain documentation and follow coding standards and development processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a Java Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, Git, and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular is a plus.
• Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
