Overview
-Desktop support, Basic Network Support
-Diagnose / Troubleshoot computers Software & Hardware problems
-Well known about remote desktop setup
-Help internal staff with installation, configuration for desktop application, Outlook/Thunderbird
-Should be able to handle desktop computers interconnect systems including Active Directory
-Should be willing to learn and grasp the new technology.
-Trains and orient staff on use of hardware and software.
-Computer / Printer repairing skills needed
OS installation, software's installation, etc.
-LAN/WAN Networking maintaining knowledge (IP/PING/Access etc)
-Installation Local and Network Printer
-Known about Windows Server
-Network Devices / Network Troubleshoot
Technical Skills:
-In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM, motherboard, storage devices).
-Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Installation.
-Known about system assembly, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
-Must be aware about configuring and troubleshooting peripherals such as printers and monitors.

Pay: ₹9,619.59 - ₹23,375.54 per month
