Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in hardware integration, particularly with PCB design, ESP32, Raspberry Pi 4, and STM32 microcontrollers. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize Python-based firmware, drivers, and automation scripts while ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based firmware, drivers, and automation scripts for embedded systems.
• Work with ESP32, Raspberry Pi 4, STM32, and other microcontrollers to interface with sensors, actuators, and communication modules.
• Assist in PCB design review and debugging (schematic & layout analysis).
• Implement UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, and wireless protocols (Wi-Fi/BLE) for device communication.
• Optimize Python code for real-time performance on embedded platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to troubleshoot and validate PCB designs.
• Develop test automation frameworks for hardware validation.
• Work with Micro Python, Circuit Python, or embedded C (if needed).
• Document firmware/hardware integration processes and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python (with experience in embedded systems).
• Hands-on experience with ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, or similar MCUs.
• Knowledge of PCB design principles (schematic/layout review, debugging).
• Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Wi-Fi, BLE).
• Familiarity with Micro Python, Circuit Python, or embedded C.
• Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level hardware interaction.
• Experience with Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Multimeters for hardware debugging.
• Basic knowledge of Linux-based embedded systems (RPi, Yocto, Buildroot).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for firmware deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML at the edge (Tiny ML).
• Previous work in IoT, robotics, or industrial automation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Python development with hardware integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
