3. Flexibility and readiness to work night shifts, demonstrating commitment and adaptability to changing schedules.

4. Proven experience in up-selling service plans and software solutions to clients in the U.S. through engaging and persuasive communication via chat or phone calls.

5. Proficient in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving a variety of technical issues, including those related to the MS Office Suite, Windows operating systems, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.Requirement:
