BUSINESS ANALYST (POST SALES)

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Post Sales to ensure the seamless transition from project delivery to post-sales support. If you’re passionate about client relations and have a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team!

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Interview mode: Face-to-Face only

Notice period- Immediate to 15 days (max)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams post-project sign-off.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any post-sales queries.
• Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document and track client feedback, ensuring it’s implemented where necessary.
• Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for clients, as well as internal teams.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure proper resource allocation and timely execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle and client management.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, and other documentation formats.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
