Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 2–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Design and deploy data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate findings through reports and visualizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to deep learning and NLP techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into business strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
