About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

● Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js, Redux, and modern frontend tools.

● Backend Development: Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

● Database Management: Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and transactions.

● Architecture: Expertise in microservices architecture, SOA, RESTful APIs, and middleware technologies.

● Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure clean, maintainable code with unit/integration testing (Jest, Pytest).

● Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive architectural decisions.

● DevOps & Deployment: Work with CI/CD pipelines (Docker, AWS/GCP, GitHub Actions).

Skills & Qualifications:

● 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

● Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).

● Expertise in Python backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

● Solid experience with PostgreSQL (query optimization, indexing, migrations).

● Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, JWT, OAuth.

Knowledge of AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
