About the role:

We are looking for a passionate junior full-stack developer who is eager to learn and grow with our dynamic team. You will work on developing scalable web applications using React, Node.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL, contributing to both front-end and back-end systems. This role is perfect for someone with strong fundamentals, hands-on project experience, and a drive to become a well-rounded full-stack engineer.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend).
2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior developers to build scalable features.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
4. Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, and optimization.
5. Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud services.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
7. Follow coding best practices, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

Required skills & qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.

2. Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, state management, components).

3. Backend development knowledge using Node.js & Express.js.

4. Familiarity with PostgreSQL (schemas, queries, joins, basic optimization).

5. Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs & integration.

7. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.

8. Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to have (optional skills):

1. Experience with TypeScript.

2. Knowledge of containerization (Docker).

3. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

4. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

5. Experience with other databases (MongoDB, MySQL).
