About The Role
As a Full Stack Developer you will collaborate with designers and researchers to build both rapid prototypes and production-ready, accessible code. Strong technical leadership and adherence to modern practices such as Clean Code, TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps are essential, along with proficiency in current frameworks and languages.

Key responsibilities:
Framework conceptualization:

• Conceptualizing the framework to be manufactured, making succinct prerequisites from customer meeting or market examination.
• Planning the conveyances, sprints, emphases, and assessing the assets required and the cost, organizing errands as indicated by prerequisites.
• Designing framework engineering.

Creating application and space models:

• Planning and normalizing the database.
• Advancing plan by applying configuration designs.
• Picking innovation stack for building the arrangement.
• Making application and space models.

Collaboration amongst framework and clients:

• Constructing the product and composing unit tests assuming any. And designing and enhancing collaborations amongst framework and clients.

Create/writer clean code:

• A full stack engineer should be gifted at all layers of innovation stack - it might be a front-end outline and conduct, middleware, backend, database questions and so on.
• Creating robotized or manual test suits to thoroughly test for bugs.

Working with internal teams

• Liaise with developers, designers and product managers to identify new features
• Proactively advise on the best practices during feature-conceptualization
• Tailor the requirements to customize features that leverage native Android resources and patterns
• Proactively advise on best practices
• Assist in the budgeting process

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code
• Strong experience with Java (8+), Spring, and JavaScript
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Use mocking frameworks (e.g., Mockito, Spock, Jasmine)
• Proficient with IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse
• Familiar with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or SBT
• Work with SQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Develop scalable and robust backend systems
• Experience building server-side web applications
• Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Hands-on with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Gatling)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working with Linux/macOS environments
• Proficient in Git version control
• Quick learner of new tools and technologies
• Understanding of responsive web design principles
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Fluency in English
