About the job:

Are you curious about how mobile apps and games generate revenue?

We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our Monetization & Growth team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (including internships) who are passionate about mobile apps, gaming, analytics, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and optimizing app monetization platforms such as AdMob, AppLovin MAX, and IronSource.
2. Monitor key revenue metrics including ARPU, ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and LTV.
3. Support A/B testing for ad placements, subscriptions, paywalls, and pricing strategies.
4. Analyze revenue trends and identify growth opportunities.
5. Research competitor apps and monetization strategies.
6. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
7. Perform QA testing for ads, subscriptions, and in-app purchase flows.

8. What We’re Looking For:
9. 8. 0–1 years of experience in Analytics, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps, Growth, Product Operations, or related fields (internships included).
10. 9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
11. 10. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
12. 11. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
13. 12. Excellent attention to detail.
14. 13. Good communication skills.
15. Bonus Points If You Have:
16. 14. Understanding of eCPM, CPM, Fill Rate, Header Bidding, or programmatic advertising.
17. 15. Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, or Looker.
18. 16. Basic SQL or Python knowledge.
19. 17. Interest in mobile apps, gaming, and user behavior.
