Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with senior developers to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework.
2. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding best practices.
3. Participating in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
4. Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
5. Working closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills.
7. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. 1. 0–2 years of experience (internships, personal projects, and bootcamps count).
2. 2. Working knowledge of C# and the .NET / .NET Core ecosystem.
3. 3. Familiarity with ASP.NET Core MVC concepts (controllers, views, routing,
4. models).
5. 4. Comfort with React fundamentals (components, props, state, hooks).
6. 5. Basic SQL skills — able to write SELECT/JOIN queries and understand how
7. data is structured (MS SQL Server experience is a plus).
8. 6. Comfortable using AI coding tools, and able to explain and verify the code
9. they generate rather than copy-pasting blindly.
10. 7. A willingness to learn, ask questions, and admit when you don't know something.
11. Nice to Have :
12. 1. Exposure to MS SQL Server specifically (stored procedures, indexes).
13. 2. Familiarity with Git and pull-request workflows.
14. 3. Any experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
15. 4. Understanding of REST APIs and how the front end talks to the back end.
16. 5. A portfolio, GitHub profile, or projects you can walk us through.
