Junior Python Developer

Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Python Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of Python (OOP, data structures, error handling).
• Experience with at least one web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience working with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
