Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about software quality and eager to build a career in testing. You will work closely with senior QA members to execute test cases, identify defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality products.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and prepare basic test cases.
• Execute test cases for functional, UI, and regression testing.
• Identify and report bugs with detailed documentation.
• Assist senior QA team members in test planning and automation tasks.
• Perform basic API testing and database validation.
• Maintain test logs, documentation, and status updates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, retros).
  
  

• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts.
• Familiarity with automation tools (added advantage).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Good communication, observation, and problem-solving abilities. Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Certification in software testing is a plus (ISTQB, etc.).
