About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver classroom and practical training on Software Testing concepts (Manual & Automation).
2. Explain SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Life Cycle, and Testing Methodologies.
3. Provide hands-on training on Manual Testing, Automation Testing tools (Selenium/WebDriver).
4. Train students on Test Case writing, Test Scenarios, and Defect Reporting.
5. Guide learners on real-time project testing practices and industry standards.
6. Conduct assignments, mock interviews, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
7. Assist students with career guidance, resume preparation, and interview skills.
8. Update training content as per the latest tools and industry trends.
9. Maintain training quality and ensure practical learning outcomes.
10. Support students in understanding Agile & Scrum testing processes.
