Overview
Key Responsibilities- Deliver classroom and practical training on Software Testing concepts (Manual & Automation).
- Explain SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Life Cycle, and Testing Methodologies.
- Provide hands-on training on Manual Testing, Automation Testing tools (Selenium/WebDriver).
- Train students on Test Case writing, Test Scenarios, and Defect Reporting.
- Guide learners on real-time project testing practices and industry standards.
- Conduct assignments, mock interviews, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Assist students with career guidance, resume preparation, and interview skills.
- Update training content as per the latest tools and industry trends.
- Maintain training quality and ensure practical learning outcomes.
- Support students in understanding Agile & Scrum testing processes.
