Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot system and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
2. Assist in the configuration and maintenance of software applications and systems.
3. Provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms.
4. Manage networking equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
5. Support and maintain various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
6. Collaborate with senior system administrators to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
7. Document system configurations and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
