Junior Web Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of PHP and a proven track record in building dynamic web applications. This role requires proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating and maintaining high-quality, responsive web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• PHP Development: Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Front-end Technologies: Utilize JavaScript, ES6/ES7, and front-end frameworks like React.js to build interactive user interfaces.

• Web Technologies: Implement web designs using HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, with experience in frameworks like Bootstrap.

• WordPress Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.

• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL or similar databases.

• Version Control: Use Git or other version control systems to manage codebase.

• API Integration: Integrate web applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs using debugging tools and techniques.

• Deployment and Maintenance: Manage deployment processes and server configurations, and ensure the web applications are regularly updated and maintained.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in PHP development and web application building.

• Strong command of PHP with proven experience in web application development.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6/ES7, and experience with React.js or similar frameworks.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design; experience with Bootstrap or equivalent frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.

• Strong skills in MySQL or similar databases, including schema design and optimization.

• Proficiency in using Bit Bucket or Git or other version control systems.

• Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with debugging tools.

• Understanding of deployment processes and server configurations.

• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
