Strong in CSS, Java Script & Bootstrap

Should have worked on ReactJS

He should have good fundamental knowledge of Rest Services, DB Querying. JMS, TDD, Ability to pick up new technologies

Willingness to learn and understand the business domain

Ability to meet client needs without sacrificing deadlines and quality
