What You Will Be Doing

• Architect comprehensive AI-driven system designs that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency management, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
• Immerse yourself in the most recent advancements in AI and software engineering through R&D participation, conference attendance, and active engagement with academic and professional networks. When emerging AI technologies are released, we must be positioned among the earliest adopters.
  
  

• Routine Code Maintenance: Regularly updating or debugging existing software code to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
• Standard Software Development: Fundamental coding or software development activities that involve implementing straightforward features or functionalities without AI integration.
  
  

• Apply your engineering proficiency to achieve substantial gains in development velocity, reductions in human error, and enhancements in code quality, ultimately accelerating time-to-market for software products and improving customer satisfaction.
  
  

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding proficiency)
• Extensive experience utilizing GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Documented experience successfully delivering Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
• Proven experience applying different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
• Clear understanding of when and why to select specific LLM models for various tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge and previous implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
