Job Description: We are looking for a talented Android Developer Lead to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. As an Android Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in Android development will be vital in driving the success of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features
• Identify and resolve performance and usability issues
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Android development
• Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
• Contribute to the entire app lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Android Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Android applications
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
• Solid understanding of the Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and other relevant frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of Android UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for mobile application development
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment

Important Notes: As part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
