Key Responsibilities

• Engineer business processes, workflows and requirements, either by:
• supporting the responsible operational service delivery teams;
• representing GCS when participating in work groups designing new business applications;
• designing new internal processes in alignment with GCS internal stakeholders.
• Engineer (non-)functional requirements for business services.
• In close collaboration with Information Analyst(s):
• specify detailed Functional Designs for use cases and system interfaces, in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and in accordance with Solution Architecture Design.
• Define and refine user stories on the backlog of the development team
• Collect and document relevant information according to project scope and DAF standards.
• Design for privacy, in accordance with GDPR legislation.
• Design for cybersecurity, in accordance with UN-ECE R155 legislation.
• Support the Data Architect with data governance definitions, data taxonomy and logical data modelling.
• Be in front and ahead of the development team, strongly supporting the Product Owner to manage DoR and DoD.
