Lead Business Analyst/Business Consultant - Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our technology team dedicated to building innovative Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions at one of the worlds leading financial institutions. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and trade finance shaping digital products that serve corporates and their suppliers across global markets.

As Lead BA, you will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, defining product functionality, and driving the design of scalable, secure, and compliant SCF platforms. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, operations, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that improve client experience, optimize working capital, and expand our trade finance capabilities.

Lead the end-to-end business analysis for new SCF technology initiatives and platform enhancements.

Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders including product managers, client onboarding, risk, compliance, and operations.

Partner with development teams to ensure business requirements are understood and properly implemented

Analyze existing systems, identify pain points, and contribute to the roadmap for digital transformation in SCF

Familiarity with SCF instruments and processes (e.g., payables finance, dynamic discounting, receivables purchasing).

Experience working with digital platforms for trade finance or working capital optimization.

Experience with major SCF platforms (e.g., PrimeRevenue, Taulia) or integration with ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex systems and workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with global teams.

Background in banking software development or enterprise platform modernization
