Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services.

This role involves collaborating with the onsite product owner and offshore development team to translate product vision into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with onsite proxy product owner to understand product vision and roadmap
• Identify product capabilities, features, and functions
• Define epics, stories, and success criteria
• Elaborate on stories, business logic, and results
• Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
• Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
• Track feedback and ensure incorporation into the backlog
• Assist in incident triaging and resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business questions and clarifications
• Conduct application user testing following production deployment
• Prepare test data for development team requirements
• Facilitate scrum master responsibilities

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in product management within financial services
• Understanding of wealth management practices
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
