
Overview
Have 5+ Yrs of BA experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Excellent organization and document skills.
Should be Flexible (open to change like changing plans, priorities, requirements)Thorough understanding of team management and methods (Agile and waterfall) is needed.
Knowledge of Taxation.
Strong data analytical skills
Strong SQL knowledge is required.
Experience working in medium to large-scale development projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Business requirement development and agile story development, including story grooming, impact analysis and issue tracking and resolution.
Assist with requirements socialization and approval process.
Facilitate business requirement elaboration and analysis sessions to drive the development of functional requirements.
Work directly with the product owners to ensure that specific initiatives supporting the platform strategy are executed.
Review functional and data requirements.
